- Prices and times shown come from the salon and can change.
- Each salon sets its own cancellation, deposit and no-show rules.
- Please give accurate details and turn up on time, or cancel early.
01About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Onschedule, operated by Weeklify. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
02Our role
Onschedule is a booking platform. Salons list their services, prices and availability, and you book directly with them. The salon is responsible for the services it provides, including their quality and safety.
03Making a booking
- A booking is confirmed when you see a confirmation on screen or receive it by SMS or email.
- Give accurate contact details so the salon can reach you.
- Prices shown as “from” are a starting price. The final price is set by the salon.
04Check-ins
Checking in adds you to the salon’s walk-in queue. It does not guarantee a set start time. Wait times are estimates.
05Cancellations, deposits and no-shows
Each salon sets its own policy. Where a salon requires a deposit or charges for late cancellations or no-shows, this is shown before you confirm. Refunds of deposits are handled by the salon under its policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
06Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on a real visit. We may remove reviews that are offensive, misleading, or posted by someone connected to the business.
07Acceptable use
- Do not make fake or repeated bookings.
- Do not copy, scrape or misuse salon listings or the site.
- Do not interfere with the security or operation of Onschedule.
We may suspend access if these rules are broken.
08Liability
We work to keep Onschedule accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the services salons provide, or for indirect loss arising from your use of the site.
09Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Onschedule after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
